The Van

We have a route ish, we have both resigned and we even have someone to rent the house.  But we don’t have a camper van yet...
Dan, who I went to college with and who spent a year touring New Zealand in a campervan with Ruth and their two boys who at the time were 2 years old and 2 months old, has one for sale. Not the one he used in New Zealand.  A Peugeot Talbot Camelot, a fine example of van conversion, so says the Peugeot Talbot Camelot owners club and they know. And it has a shower and a toilet and everything.
Dan lives in Llanberis in the foothills of Snowdon.  The AA says it takes the same time to get to Dan as it takes to get to Paris, using the Tunnel.  That’s long. We may pick up the van this weekend or in a few weeks time.  The most important thing the van needs is a stereo, the radio works but not the tape player.  Saw a nice JVC one but think we may frequent Cash Converters in Wellington on Saturday.  We will need a name for it as well.
45 days to go....
Matt
